FOR MUSLIM MINORITY QUOTA FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2013 -2014

2	Acceptance of corrections regarding provisional merit list, if any on	13th August, 2013 between 9.00 AM to 2.00 PM at Admin Office.
3	Display of Final Merit List	13th August 2013 at 6:00 PM
4	Display of First Round of Provisional Allotment	13th August 2013 at 6:00 PM
5	Reporting for First Round as per alloted Seat	14th August 2013 at 9:00 AM
6	Display of Schedule for second round, subject to vacancy	16th August 2013 at 3:00 PM
7	Reporting for Second Round as per alloted Seat	17th August 2013 at 9:30 AM
8	Display of Schedule for Third round, subject to vacancy	2nd September 2013 at 6:00 PM

 

Students are requested to bring the following while coming for counseling (Required to be submitted on allotment of Seat) :

1.      Cheque / Demand Draft /Pay Order of Interim Fees, Fees of Rs. 63871/- (Rs. Sixty Three Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy One only ) in favor of "Rizvi college of Engineering", payable at Mumbai.

2.   All the documents original : All Semesters Diploma or B.Sc Marksheet / H.S.C./or equivalent Marksheet, Leaving Certificate, S.S.C. Marksheet, Affidavit of Minority, Nationality Proof(Document Stating Nationality as Indian) (if applicable), Two Passport size photographs.

 

Note:

1.      Above mentioned fees is interim fee. Final fee structure will be decided by Shikshan Shulka Samiti which will be bounded on every student.

2.      If the student is absent at the time of counseling the seat will be offered to the next eligible candidate.
